We deliver parcels all over Russia and CIS region via CDEK. All orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on your shipment address. We are not responsible for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, customs conditions or any other issues beyond the control of the brand. All parcels are accompanied with an official invoice with exact value of each item.
Once orders are sent the cancellation or a change of delivery address will no longer be possible. Once you received the parcel, you can ask for the return or exchange within 7 days.

If generalvi.com provides a pre-order option for any item, that means that we can create for you a chosen product in necessary size. Size range is available at the page of the product.
Please appreciate the necessary production time of 7 to 10 working days and 70% pre-payment. Once your pre-ordered item is ready we will notify you and arrange the delivery.

Return and exchange
For any reason, customers can return the order, entirely or partially within 7 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact us via email with “return” in the theme line.
The item must be clean, unharmed, unwashed and without any other damages. If the item does not meet these requirements, a refund will not be issued.
Returns must be made by the same service that delivered the goods.
